At Lake Chelan Community Hospital, we believe promoting community health and wellness is part of our overall mission. The Lake Chelan Community Hospital offers educational classes that we tailor to your indidividual or group's needs.

Childbirth Classes
We offer childbirth classes every other month. Classes include education on childbirth, relaxation, breathing, medication, newborns and breastfeeding. They are held the first four Mondays of every other month in the hospital board room from 7-9 p.m. Classes in Spanish are also available. For more information or to register, call 682-6111. Respirator Fit Testing
Test your agricultural masks, self-contained breathing aparatus, respirators, TB masks or dust masks. Please inqire for more information. Contact Rich Vincent or Rinita Cook at lcchfittest@lcch.netor 682-6110.
 
Babysitting Classes
SAFE SITTER is a medically accurate, hands-on class that teaches boys and girls 11-13 how to handle emergencies when caring for children. This two-day class is offered two or three times a year. Check upcoming events to see the next scheduled class.
 
Alzheimer's Seminars
Are you dealing with a family member suffering with Altzheimers? Our providers offer informational workshops to help you learn to care for your loved one, as well as for yourself during this challenging time. Topics include indications for recognizing Alzeimer's, disease state expectations, importance of treatment and caregiver tips.
 
Lactation Support
Our lactation specialists are available upon request to help breastfeeding mothers.
